We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to implement, configure, customize, and support SAP enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver effective SAP solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional or technical solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs.

• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration projects.

• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with business users, developers, project managers, and other SAP teams.

• Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

• Support SAP production issues and troubleshoot application errors.

• Coordinate data migration, data validation, and system integration activities.

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system performance.

• Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, process flows, and user manuals.

• Support change requests, enhancements, and release management.

• Follow SAP best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of SAP business processes and enterprise application workflows.

• Experience with SAP configuration, implementation, and support.

• Ability to gather requirements and perform gap analysis.

• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams.
